The PSL 9 Double Header match is a nightmare for bowlers. Usman Khan hit the 2nd century of this PSL 9. His batting was marvelous and an entertaining knock. Also, appreciate Johnson Charles and Yasir Khan for the runs contributor. So, this would be like an awesome batting display by Multan Sultans. If we talk about the Multan Sultans today that will be definitely poor because 228 runs is a big total you have to defend it. Usama Mir’s bowling is worst today. Also, their death over bowling is very disappointing.
Islamabad United’s Approach is very positive even though their bowler concedes too many runs. 4 bowlers concede runs with an economy of 10+ runs in an over. Tymal Mills’ bowling is not understandable because if you attack him, he is very confused. Islamabad’s batting was much appreciable for this target chase down. A partnership of 141 runs between Colin Munro and Shadab Khan is a match-winning partnership. Shadab Khan conceded runs in bowling but he took responsibility for making runs.
Don’t forget about the batting of Imad Wasim. Imad Wasim’s 30 runs off 13 balls is vital and his six and four of the last two balls seal the victory. So, 460 runs were scored in the Multan Sultans and Islamabad United Match.
Lahore Qalandars vs Quetta Gladiators
The PSL 9 Double Header match is very important for Quetta Gladiators. So, they need a win and qualify for playoffs. After this match, the Karachi Kings are out for the PSL 9 playoffs. A good batting from Abdullah Shafique and Shaheen Shah Afridi for the Lahore Qalandars side. They both made the fifties and a good knock, especially by Shaheen Shah Afridi. Only, yesterday hat trick scoring bowler was expensive. Also, the remaining bowlers Abrar Ahmed, Muhammad Wasim JR, and Muhammad Amir are bowling well. Quetta Gladiators batting today`s match is surrounded by a single batter.
Saud Shakeel came at the opening and playing in the last over is a good sign. If Saud Shakeel is batting long then he can score big. Khawaja Nafay was giving support to Saud Shakeel in a very smart way. He played slow but good and did strike rotation. Muhammad Wasim JR was the star in making and made a good career in cricket.
