Peshawar Zalmi

QG vs PZ match is an example of other teams that try to defend the total with good bowling. Babar Azam knows his bowlers that’s why they bowl first like Islamabad United. Saim Ayub and Babar Azam’s attacking game set a good mindset. The duo make 77 runs for the first wicket. Saim Ayub`s wicket was the key point of this match. He gave up his match in over-throw and tried to make another run. But, this type of run can cost the match also.

Babar Azam fell for 68 runs and Peshawar Zalmi fans think they lost the match. Mohammad Haris played an irresponsible shot and gifted the wicket to Akeal Hosein. Tom Kohler-Cadmore plays a shot but catches on long on.

The starting powerplay bowling of Peshawar Zalmi is not good. They are conceding runs until 15 overs. But, they make a good comeback in the last overs. Quetta Gladiators can make a big total but the bowling of Salman Irshad and Luke Wood restricted QG to 206 runs. Salman Irshad took 3 wickets whereas Mohammad Zeeshan and Luke Wood took 1 wicket each. Peshawar Zalmi needs to think about how they can win the other matches. It’s the start of the tournament and Peshawar Zalmi`s management also makes plans for the next match. Maybe they did not repeat the mistakes of today`s match.
